It’s been like almost 20 (human) years since my last roadtrip. Surabaya – Tegal – Jakarta was the usual summer holiday route. They were good times. But just as easy it is with trains and planes, they only connect your end destinations. Can traveling also be about the journey aside the destinations
Their parking site is so damn far from the abbey, we even drove around to find if there’s a nearer parking site, only to find out that bus shuttles are abundantly provided. On the other hand if you really a sport addict and have lots of calories and times to spare, cycling or walking is also possible.
Walking up the spiral pathway is free but a visit the top of the abbey with unbelievable panoramic view costs you about 9 euros.There’s a lot of sites to see in the area, make sure you have enough time to visit them all and appetite to try the famous appe cider and seafood.
Omaha beach, pointe du hoc, le Havre, Caen, are very during all season except winter.
